David Shamrock and Nancy Elliot (Oakland, CA) adopted Linus from Muttville when he was 9 years old. They recently made the painful decision to let him go over the rainbow bridge. He was 17! Goes to show you that “senior” often means “adult” or “middle-aged” and a Muttville dog may have lots of time left to unconditionally love you. Linus was an amazingly sweet dog who bonded to his papa, David, in particular, and was a very important companion for him through these last 2 pandemic years. Cindy Perry (also shown here), our Muttville volunteer groomer, came by regularly to trim his nails. Linus was a VERY good boi! He will be deeply missed.
