Hi! Penny (known as Miss Wiggles #2797 before we adopted her on 1/14/15) has been the love of my life since day one. She instantly bonded with me and has been my little shadow. Penny is the sweetest chihuahua you will ever meet. She wants nothing more than to be on my lap (constantly licking my hands/arms/feet), go on walks, roll in the grass in the sun, and to eat! Her sister, Prudence (not a Muttville dog), passed away this past December, but we welcomed our baby daughter in February so Penny has had a big distraction. Penny is getting older, starting to show signs of heart disease, and is blind in one eye now, but she’s still as sweet and happy as day one and wiggles her whole body when she wags her tail. If there is one silver lining to being home during COVID-19, it’s that I’ve been able to spend everyday for the past 5 months with Penny and that has been very rewarding. We love her and couldn’t imagine our lives without her!
