Hello,
Being Christmas time and all we thought we would write and give you a “pupdate” on our Muttville pup Ritz aka Winston, since it’s all most five months since Winston joined our family. It’s hard to put into words how much we love our Winston, it’s like Christmas every morning walking up to his adorable face, then having our morning zoomies and cuddles together before getting his breakfast ready. Winston is “pawfection”! The four of us recently went on a outing to George Washington’s house Mount Vernon, as they are such a dog friendly place. Winston certainly enjoyed the longer car ride and he charmed everyone there: people at the ticket office, historical reenactors, tour guides, and clerks in the guest shop. Everyone has to stop and say hello to Winston, comment how sweet and well-behaved he is. One lady in the gift shop wanted to know all about Muttville, so we spread the word about how awesome it is and how to adopt from them.
Winston’s skin has completely healed and now he has discovered the awesomeness that is belly rubs. His coat is so silky smooth and he gets a little more golden everyday. Angeline and I had such fun Christmas shopping for Winston the other day. Winston is such a treasure, he adores when either Angeline or I play a music, whenever I sit down at my piano to practice Beethoven or Schubert or Angeline takes out her violin, Winston trots right over to his red bed or his wicker basket and looks up at your like “I am ready for my concert.” Though he has strict rules of not less then an hour of practice or he gives you a small hurmph and or a disproving look of “that was not a long enough practice young lady.”
Merry Christmas from all of us in Virginia! Maybe the New Year will bring another Muttville pup for a pal for Winston and bring even more love and joy into our family.
Yours Truly,
Carolyn, Caroline, Angeline & Winston
