This beautiful lady brought joy to us at Muttville, and eventually to her forever family:
Our beautiful and beloved Bonnie Blue sailed away to her final forever home on Oct.18. Since adopting her last March she had been doing great, especially once all her medications for her severe arthritis in her back legs and constant UTIs had been sorted out. But early last week her back legs gave out for good. We did all the requisite testing and trying additional medications but it didn’t help the poor girl. The vet said it was neurological. Sadly we were at the end of the road, her quality of life would never be what she deserved.
We had a most memorable summer with Bonnie. Eight camping trips including three national parks. She absolutely loved the great outdoors. She got along great with everyone and was just happy to have a loving family including her two siblings, Sierra and Sophie.
Thank you and to everyone at Muttville for bringing Bonnie into our lives. She will always be in our hearts and will never be forgotten.
