We recently adopted Goldie (fka California Love), and wanted to share our story with you!
Our family has found a new kind of California love in Goldie, our newly adopted senior pug. Our daughters came across her on the website and instantly felt drawn to meet her. And the moment we met her, we knew she was the one for us. They surprised us with her, and we couldn’t have been happier or more grateful to welcome such a kind and loving soul into our lives.
After the passing of our beloved pug and our first dog, our hearts had room for another, and Goldie has been the most precious gift. Her little quirks are the perfect blend of the sweet personalities we’ve loved and lost. She loves to walk right beside us wherever we go, watch TV as a family (especially E news), cuddle up close, and take her daily “walks” through the backyard and living room.
She adores her cozy bed, her little sweater, and her siblings—Romee, Lottie, Marley, and Buddha. We’ve even had the joy of introducing her to her horse brother, Shorty, and taking her out for puppicinos. She has truly filled our home—and our hearts—with love again.
