I just wanted to thank you all for making the adoption process so smooth and easy! Victor and I are absolutely thrilled with Tychi (泰極 in Chinese, fka Detour). His foster parents mentioned he responds to “Ty” or “Tiger,” and it’s been a perfect fit.
Tychi is such a wonderful dog! He’s proven to be a fantastic travel companion—he handled BART, Lyft, and Waymo rides like a pro. The only thing he wasn’t a fan of was the animal relief area at the airport (and honestly, I can’t blame him!).
He has already settled into his new life here in Las Vegas beautifully. In just a few short days, he’s learned where our home is after walks and has quickly fallen into a daily routine. We’re lucky to have a small dog park within our building, so we start there before heading out for longer walks.
It’s clear that Tychi is adjusting wonderfully, and every day he reveals more of his sweet and quirky personality. We are so grateful to Muttville for bringing him into our lives!
