Fell in love with Leo (formerly Hermes) the moment I saw him on the Muttville website. Came to meet him and walked him and he immediately went to my car and waited to go inside. He had chosen me and I took him home that day.
From that moment on, he filled my life with love and happiness. He loved to go on long trips. His last trip was in April this year when we took a road trip to Seattle. The photo of him laying on my chest was taken a month before he passed. On May 8th, my beloved Leo crossed the rainbow bridge. He was 16 when he crossed over.
I miss my little guy…shedding tears as I write this. But I am eternally grateful that I had him in my life…and grateful to Muttville for saving my beloved Leo so that we could find each other.
