Sometimes it takes a while to meet the perfect family..but McDreamy says it was worth the wait. Read in his own words, his love story:
Hello from SoCal!
It took me a long time to find my new family and I had to travel pretty far to get home, but I’m having a great time! Getting used to my new house, new people, and new dog and cat siblings took a while since I can’t see or hear. I was scared to leave my foster mom and dad who took great care of me for so long, so I was having lots of accidents! I’ve gotten much more confident (my mom would say fiercely sassy) and learned to use the dog door so I am able to go outside to take care of business.
Nowadays I explore the yard, nap in the dog beds, and dance for treats. I love to cuddle, but only when I’m tired or feeling a little scared. If I get picked up while exploring, I squirm until that silly person puts me down and lets me get back to my business.
I also get to travel all over and I love to ride in the car. My favorite destination is the beach. Even though I can’t see or hear too much, I enjoy the sun on my face and the ocean breezes in my fur.
