Formerly Romeo, Brian wrote to Muttville to send us his very own Success Story! Read this adorable tale, in Brian’s own words. Thanks to dad Matthew for letting Brian borrow his computer.
It’s been four months since my new dads adopted me from Muttville. At first it was confusing, they kept calling me “Brian” (after the dog in Family Guy) just when I had been getting used to being called “Romeo” but now, I couldn’t be happier.
I have a sister named Taylor who is the same size and age as I am (coincidence, I wonder?) and we get along great. While our dads are at work, we play, nap, and keep each other company. Our dads take us on walks together, play
with us, and take good care of us. For Christmas Taylor and I each got our own stocking full of treats. When it’s cold they put coats on us… Taylor doesn’t seem to mind it but I’m still getting used to it. My sister and I each have our own “houses” that our dads can wear on their backs when we go to the park or out in the city.
I’m so grateful to Muttville for helping me meet my new family, even though my sister can be a bit of a pain sometimes. Thanks to everyone who helped me find my dads and sister!
