Posie

Here’s a Posie you’ll definitely want a pocket full of! This sweet little lamb is a tad timid at the moment, but she’s still getting used to all the changes in her life. What Posie deserves for her retirement life is someone who can prove to her that she doesn’t need to be scared. There is nothing more rewarding that watching this little girl’s nubbin tail start to wiggle when she’s feeling safe and loved. We got you, Posie!

Here’s some notes from her foster:

This girl loves to sleep. She is very low maintenance. Stairs are not a problem for her. Her confidence is growing everyday. She is very loyal once she understands you are her caregiver and safe space. When I went to go pick her up after a sleepover she quickly came to me to whine and walk in circles around as her way of showing affection.

Posie is very easy to potty train. As long as you take her outside pretty regularly she will be good! She has a very soft and gentle personality and sometimes likes to admire herself in the mirror. She is pretty quiet in general and have never heard her bark louder than one very soft rrrff!

She likes butt scratches and shows her trust and affection by resting her head in your hand whenever you’re petting her under her chin. And when she has missed you after a long day away from her at work, she has a sudden burst of puppy energy in greeting you with little hops and stubby tail wags.
