Mercy is an adorable Papillon mix who was found as a stray in Solano County. Luckily, she is now safe and sound at Muttville and patiently waiting for her forever home. Mercy has so much love to give and will make a wonderful companion. She loves to be held and cuddled. She also does great with dogs of all sizes and is a quiet girl who doesn’t bark much.
