Do you have a lap? What’s on it? NOTHING!? Wait, here’s a great idea: fill it up with a nice, warm, furry chunk of heaven named Jujubee. Don’t worry, she’s extra small so she won’t hurt your legs. Jujubee is a sweet, quiet, shy girl who loves treats, short walks, snuggling, more treats, and relaxing in the sun. Honestly, doesn’t that sound like the ideal daily agenda? Jujubee, please start a lifestyle cult so we can all join it.

Jujubee is a low maintenance potato who loves to be around people but isn’t a helicopter dog. She is easy to handle, medicate, bathe and take care of. Although mostly low energy, she does have a delightful personality that peeks through occasionally.
Walks with Jujubee are short and leisurely, as she moves slowly and loves to sniff everything. She seems to be a medium energy dog trapped in a low energy dog’s body, so once she gets to a healthy weight she’ll probably act and look like a brand new dog.
Jujubee is very attached to people and will usually follow whenever you move from room to room. She’s not demanding though, and will settle in a dog bed or on a blanket for a snooze when I need to work at my computer. Naturally, because she loves people so much, she could use more practice with alone time.The one time I left her home alone for an hour she barked for about 15 minutes before settling down and taking a nap in her dog bed. This is the only instance in which I’ve heard her bark, she is normally extremely quiet.Jujubee would be an excellent work from home companion. She doesn’t need much to be content: just a warm spot in the sun or a lap to doze on, judicious treats (because she could benefit from losing a few pounds), and a couple of walks per day to catch up with all the neighborhood scents.
