Min pin boy Everett is busy, agile, and ready to start his new life! Are you looking for a walking buddy to get you out and about? Everett could be your guy. He’s so cute with his big ears and nubbin tail wagging with happiness. Give him some but skritches and praise and it’ll be wagging for sure.

Here’s a note from his foster!

Little Everett is a little loyal min pin! From the get-go, the little boy just wants to be your little shadow! He pretty much sits by me or stays close in the room I’m in and watches what I’m up to. But whenever I’m chillin’, he immediately comes to me and rests his head on my lap. He’s a total cuddle bug and will take every opportunity to sit with you and rest his head on you or just lay on you! Once he has his favorite hooman, he immediately will become their best friend!

He rarely barks, but when he does, it usually means he wants attention (pets & scratches), needs something (like to potty) or wants to eat! With other dogs, it’s hit or miss. Sometimes if a dog shows too much energy, he really isn’t liking it. He will growl or be annoyed if another dog is too energetic. But with my parent’s dog (low energy), he totally was ok with him. He just minded his own business but didn’t growl either. But as his notes indicate, he’s an “only dog on the house” kind of pal and would do well if he didn’t have to fight another dog for attention and cuddles. But is totally ok with low-energy dog visitors!

Like most min-pins, Everett is food motivated. He will give you the stare of death while you eat or cooking. His energy inside the house is pretty low, but he is still pretty spry. He is able to jump on & off furniture and beds. On our walks, he can definitely go! He has a lot of energy on our walks and totally enjoys the outdoors! He could probably do some hikes if the opportunity presented itself.

Lastly, he is a snuggler at night! I’ve tried to have him sleep in his own bed, but he quietly jumps into my bed in the middle of the night and goes under my blankets! So every morning, I’ve found him pressed up against me under my blanket looking happy & content! I sometimes find him resting his head on my leg under the blanket! A happy little boy!!

I love this little guy! I think he’d be great for someone that needs a therapy dog to cheer them up if they live a solo or isolated lifestyle. He is a loyal companion and just loves to cheer up his hooman at every opportunity he gets! He’s truly a “best friend” kind of dog for someone that has a quiet lifestyle.
