Just wanted to let you know that Strawberry (fka Super Bee) is busy living her best life. She loves coming to work with me every day, and then hiking and adventures on the weekends. Some of her latest adventures: Went to opening day of the farmers market, rode the monorail in Seattle, and visited the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival.
This past weekend I took Strawberry on a hiking trip to Orcas Island. I’m constantly impressed by what an outstanding traveler Strawberry is. She was completely unfazed by the ferry ride and then perfectly behaved at the hotel. Our favorite hike was in Turtleback Mountain Preserve. We even made it to the summit which is called Turtle Head, and were rewarded with gorgeous views of the San Juan Islands and water.
Next up: I found out that May is National Strawberry Month, so our next adventure will be a special National Strawberry Month celebration trip to Victoria BC.
I think of Muttville often and can’t thank you enough for helping me find my best friend Strawberry.
