I just wanted to update you on Harry (fka Slippers) and his life with me so far. It has not been a week and already we are just happy to be together.
He has settled in so well and loves riding in his doggie buggy. He’s also going on short walks, and is a very happy dog. He is good at meeting other dogs and did well with my grandsons too.
He is not house-trained but that’s ok, I have him in diapers while inside just in case, but he’s handling all night and when he is outside, I reward him. He is just an old man and if this is his only slip up I am perfectly fine with it. He has been good with my short absences, and knows his way around the apartment to be content.
Two oldies together, could not be a better match.
Thank you for giving me a chance to give this old guy a good life, and I am rewarded having him in my life.
