We adopted our Muttville Mutt, Atari, January 2019, and renamed him Chili.
Chili was not an easy dog. He had aggression issues and food allergies and chronic ear infections.
He was not the warm and fuzzy type so we never got sloppy kisses or long adoring stares.
Chili was a dog who didn’t understand the concept of love. We assumed it was an unnecessary luxury while trying to survive living on the street.
One day I felt Chili was starting to accept our love. He would let me hug him and even kiss him. But of course being Chili he would yawn every time I gave him a kiss, pretending not to care. But we knew he loved it!
Our beloved Boy passed away May 27th, 2022 and we miss him everyday.
