This photo was taken in 2010. Jimmy was my first Muttville dog. He was an easy-going, super loving dog and it’s hard to believe that he found himself homeless.
Unfortunately he was only with me for a few years before he went over the rainbow bridge, but during his time with my family, I did a lot of fostering of underage kittens. This particular kitten was born with a fissure between her esophagus and her trachea, so she needed to stay in our home for several weeks after the rest of her litter had been adopted. Jimmy was her constant companion, he was so gentle and loving with the kittens. I used to call HIM their foster parent!
