On September 9, 2017, my husband and I stopped by Muttville looking to meet a few dogs. We found Bunny in a separate room for sick dogs. She was so weak and shy, but immediately showed us love and trust. We fell in love with her in moments and took her home the next day. Bunny had been rescued from Hurricane Harvey in Texas by some amazing women with No Kill Colorado. They had to carry her everywhere because she was too scared to walk. After they rescued her, they lost track of her and were searching for her. Luckily, I saw some of the pleas for Bunny and got in touch. Everyone was so happy to know that Bunny made it out safely and into a loving home. She got the medication she needed for a thyroid problem and got thinner and stronger each day. She is now a pampered princess living out a life of luxury and love. We were so lucky to be the ones who got to love her and be loved by her. She is our Angel and makes life so much better every day. Thank you Muttville for bringing us together and giving us the gift of our Bunny.
