Zoe (formerly Sassy Sue) came into my life 3 years ago in September, and we’ve been inseparable ever since. She was presumably 8 when I got her, and she had to have extensive surgery for breast cancer, neutering and 18 teeth removed. She is now healthy, happy and the most wonderful companion I could ever imagine. She accompanied me in my psychotherapy practice when I was still working out of my office in San Francisco, and I’m convinced that she was therapeutic and comforting in many ways for the clients I worked with. She is smart, wonderfully trained, has a sizable vocabulary, and is a loving and affectionate cuddler. During this time of COVID-19, I have been even more appreciative of her quietly reassuring presence.
Thank you for all the wonderful work you do.
