We just wanted to thank you for the wonderful work that you all do to save these pups and to let you know that Freeda (formerly Nema) is the light of our lives! Freeda has been living with us for a week and is doing absolutely fabulous. Her furry brother, Hadley, has graciously opened up his home to her as well! When we picked her up we couldn’t believe how much she loved the car…there’s something so special about watching a dog with the wind their fur and tongue hanging out. The first few days at home were trying for our other dog, Hadley, but with a little time they’ve both learned their place in the house and within our “pack”. Freeda sleeps through the night in her crate, snoring as loud as everyone else in the room! In the morning she snuggles in bed with the rest of the family. She walks on leash like a champ and has already dropped a little weight. We are so excited to give Freeda the life she deserves because she is a wonderful dog with so much love to give back. Our hearts are full and our home is happy. Thank you Muttville!
