What if happiness came wrapped in the shape of the perfect little potato? Zuzu is here to prove that it absolutely can. This darling French Bulldog has a wonderfully mellow personality that makes her an easy companion for just about any home. While she’s always happy to soak up cuddles from her people, put her in a room full of dogs and somehow she’s still the one who stands out. Her easygoing charm, joyful spirit, and wonderful personality have a way of drawing everyone in. Whether she’s lounging nearby, making canine friends, or leaning in for affection, Zuzu approaches life with calm confidence and a heart full of love. She’s the kind of dog who makes every room feel more wonderous just by being in it. Sweet, social, and delightfully squishy, Zuzu is ready to cuddle her way into your life (and your favorite spot on the couch!)

Zuzu is proof that the best things come in soft, squishy packages. This girl has blossomed into an absolute lovebug, the kind of dog who has met dogs, cats, kids, and strangers alike and has not had one unkind moment with a single one of them. Not one mean bone in her sweet, squishable body.
She’s playful in the most low-key way, chasing her squeaky stuffies around with real bravado, but she’s not a dog that requires lots of activity, however, she does require lots of cuddles, and she will not be shy in requesting them.
Her hind legs make stairs and hard flooring tough on her, so she does best with a single-level home or one with minimal stairs, ideally with carpet or rugs underfoot for traction and comfort. While it may take her a bit to settle in, she’s mellow, easygoing, and just wants to be babied by her people.
Zuzu doesn’t is comfortable being left alone for short periods of time, and in her time with us she hasn’t been heard to bark once – but does make a lot of strange goblin-like sounds. She’d thrive either in a big, lively family where she can soak up love and attention from everyone in the house, or with one kind and patient person who can give her a steady routine, a little daily play to keep her fit, and a lot of constant companionship and love – because she deserves it.
Because of her breed’s skin folds, she needs a little extra daily upkeep: her folds and paws need to stay clean and dry, and her nose needs daily moisturizing to prevent hyperkeratosis. None of it is complicated, just a small daily ritual for a dog who gives so much more back than she asks for.
