Zuko the handsome chi is a butterscotch square fella. Lush fur in layers of black and gold and a very sweet disposition. Also very hard to resist when you factor in the soulful eyes and ear flaps. And what a gent! He’s got lovely manners, steps right up for a treat or affection, and accepts both with quiet gratitude. He gets along well with dogs, enjoys a jaunt outside, and would look at home in a tweed blazer with elbow patches. He stands ready to be a loyal friend and gentle advisor to whomever has the TLC and good sense to provide him with a forever home. You?

Zuko is a calm and low-key companion who thrives on being near his human. When you are home, he follows you from room to room and will curl up right next to you. He doesn’t make a peep! He’s content being left alone and relaxes quietly when you are away. Because he is unable to jump up onto the couch or other furniture on his own, he appreciates a cozy floor bed nearby or a gentle lift to join you. Taking his medication is effortless with a piece of cheese. Out on walks, Zuko enjoys meeting new people for gentle neighborhood strolls of a few blocks, and while he easily navigates short flights of about five stairs, a home with minimal additional steps will best suit his physical comfort.
