Meet Ziggy, a big boy with an even bigger heart! Ziggy is basically a professional people-greeter in a very handsome, four-legged package. He loves everyone he meets and would happily volunteer as your official door greeter… just point him toward the entrance and let the greetings begin! His favorite things include pets, belly rubs, ear scratches, and generally being told what a good boy he is (which, to be fair, he already knows). Ziggy is sweet, social, affectionate, and always ready to make a new friend. If you’re looking for a big ol’ lovebug with a tail, a smile, and plenty of love to give, Ziggy is ready to meet you. Come say hi, you’ll be greeted with enthusiasm!

Ziggy is a happy old dog with some perk in his step—this dog has more energy than you’d imagine! He loves humans and from what I can tell other dogs. He’s very curious about people and wants to greet everyone he comes across. He’s completely potty trained and can be left alone for 6-8 hours.
He craves attention and sometimes just plain demands it (which can be adorable). I think he’d do great with a family-that way he’d get all the attention he wants. He’s a hearty eater. Very gentle, playful and he’s got to be the best bath taker ever. I just point to the tub and he walks in and never whines while he’s being washed. He seems very well trained and picks up on most of my commands. He’ll make someone a very dear companion.
