Winter is the season for being cozy and lots of snuggles. This winter is here for it! She is a very sweet girl who adores people and attention. It’s hard to say what kind of breed she is, but we think she is the perfect pooch! Your heart will melt when you meet her!
Here’s some notes from her foster:
Winter is really the sweetest dog. Here are some observations!
1. She’s really great with everyone. I’ve had her meet various people and she goes right up without hesitation. She wants to just sit in everyone’s lap and everyone that has met her loves her.
2. She loves to cuddle and prefers to sit on furniture with you. She also prefers to sleep in the bed with you and if you let her, she snuggles down under the covers.
3. She is not vocal at all and I have yet to hear her bark. Even her bedtime whimpers are quiet.
4. She has no leash aggression that I can see and she doesn’t pull. She’s a good walker and she likes to go out.
5. She loves to ride in the car and she’s very chill. She just sleeps and sometimes she’s so quiet I have to check to make sure she’s still there.
6. She does stairs just fine but I read in her profile she might have knee issues. So if it’s too many stairs I try to carry her.
7. She’s good at doing her business outside. The first two days when she did her business outside, I did give her treats to help. She’s a very regular pooper and pees pretty much right away when we get outside.
8. She does not seem to understand any voice commands such as sit or stay or go out or treat. I will continue to try to help her with some voice commands and see how that goes.
