If you’re a sucker for long-legged, long-haired, long-living little chi-chis, this is your lucky day. Wilma checks all those boxes and so many more. She’s got the rare, winning combo of a puppy face and long, spindly getaway sticks. You’ll be filling out an adoption form the minute you see her sit back on her hind legs and use her little front swipers to wave (or maybe beg) at you. This sweet, shy girl is going to shine with some TLC. Are you the lucky one who will make that happen?
Here’s some notes from her foster:
Wilma is amazing. She is a leggy, golden-haired pirate queen. She politely barks 3 times to let you know she needs something. She does all potty business outside as long as you regularly take her out. She enjoys sniffing around the backyard and has a little hole she loves to dig in. Wilma is an epic snuggle bunny but she is not clingy at all and will go take a nap if you are busy. Her house manners are impeccable and she is a good little buddy. This is a seriously good dog.
Wilma checks so many boxes:
Sweet? Affectionate? Happiest draped across you as you sit on the couch? And how.
It’s been a privilege to foster Wilma and to watch her transformation. She is physically healthy now, and she’s also even more loving and bubbly than ever. Wilma is a fantastic combination of independent and affectionate. She has lived harmoniously with several other dogs and is an all-around friendly, courteous houseguest. She is quite energetic and loves to go for strolls, but she is also content to putter around a yard and sunbathe. She has clearly been through so much but doesn’t hold that against anyone. This deserving girl will be an exceptional companion for her lucky adopter!
