Little Whitney is very special, small and dainty! Whitney is terribly confused by what has happened in her life, I would be, too. Her family gave her up to a loud and cold shelter. She had to stay there a while- till Muttville heard about her.
This sweet girl is shy but she loves laps! She would like a calm environment, for sure. We think she is 7 or 8 years old and she weighs 10 pounds. She is good with other little dogs, too. We know given the loves and TLC, she will truly blossom. Whitney will need an experienced adopter, she does nip when afraid, so a home with no children would be best for her!
