Male

In the movie, you tiptoe through a forest glade, parting lacy fern fronds looking for signs of life. Sunlight is dappled, bird calls are musical, water gurgles politely nearby. Enter Waterloo, a woodland creature possessed of great kindness and wisdom, as indicated by soft round eyes, long pointy nose, an endearing overbite and fine sprigs of fur in all the right places. Saved! You quickly team up to seek thrills and gourmet charcuterie forever after. In real life, Waterloo is a small terrier and you met him at Muttville. The rest is 100% true.

Here’s some notes from his foster:

Whoever adopts this dog can throw out their electric blanket because we have found the cutest lap warmer ever.

Waterloo is such a sweet soul. You can’t help but smile at this tiny bundle of joy. He’s adjusting well. He is content to stay cozy under a blanket most of the time, preferably on a lap or cuddled with another dog. He really wants to be in close contact with our resident pit bull/boxer mix. He’s not shy about crawling in her bed with her. He would thrive with dog siblings.

He slept through the night. He’s very quiet, he is not triggered by sounds or even our resident dog barking at delivery people. He doesn’t make a peep.

He’s great in the car and enjoys being out and about, grabbing a coffee with you or visiting a pet store. His little trot is world class.

He eats well but is reluctant to drink water so we added a bit to his food

He’s very trusting and kind. We think he will do well with anyone. He especially feels safe with another dog.
