Wally is such a special guy! He’s looking for a laid back home with someone who loves to snuggle. He’s the total package!
Here is what his foster has to say!
Wally is a friendly, social, outgoing senior looking for a lap to call his own. He has moments of playfulness and loves short walks, but does not have excessive exercise needs. What he does need is a lot of cuddle time! There is nothing he wants more than to be near you (or even better, on you!) and he will follow you around wherever you go. If you are looking for a quiet and unassuming lap pal, Wally is definitely your guy.
Wally has been tolerant of dogs of all shapes and sizes in his foster home as well as cats, chickens, rabbits, and a myriad of other animals. Other than the occasional brief play interaction with a smaller female dog, he seems to mostly prefer human company, though.
Wally is fine with being picked up, carried, held, dressed in his harness, bathed, etc. Overall he is tolerant and easy-going.
Wally is also crate-trained and can sleep in one at night, spend time in one during the day if needed, and rides quietly in one in the car. Though of course he’d prefer to sleep in your lap whenever appropriate!
Wally is a great guy and will make a fabulous companion for someone who is home to give him the cuddles he so craves. He really is the best!
