What in the muppets is this creature, and how did he end up at a senior dog rescue? Vlad is a little guy who gets along great with people and other dogs. He’s most excited for a retirement life full sunbeam naps and butt scritches. We can’t promise that he’s really a dog, but so far he seems to get into dog parks without getting carded.
