Villa is a mini chihuahua, a young senior female with soulful eyes and a tail that starts wagging the moment she sees you. She’s friendly with other dogs and absolutely melts into your arms the second you pick her up. Her loving nature is impossible to resist. Either you’ll be showering her with kisses, or she’ll be showering you with hers. Villa is the kind of dog who quietly turns into your whole heart, a devoted little companion who is pure sweetness wrapped in a tiny package. With a name like Villa, it’s no surprise she makes every space feel a little more like home. She’s delicate in size but mighty in the way she fills a room with love.
Here’s some notes from her foster:
I have been lucky enough to have Villa for about two weeks now. She is a lovely and spunky girl! She loves to play with her soft toys, go on short walks, and really looks forward to her longer stroller rides where she can take in the scenery. She wants to be near her people when at home. She will follow you from room to room and attempt to herd you back to the couch.
She loves people and dogs. Villa is quite food motivated. She also has a sassy side. I attempted to trim one of her long nails and she glared at me from my linen closet after for a good 10 minutes. Like how could you? She has been left alone for about 5 hours. She does softly howl for the first 10-15 minutes before she settles. She also appreciates a good heated blanket.
