Everyone there’s a new Chug in town and we want to give a warm welcome to the beautiful and bodacious Veronica! Part Chihuahua, part Pug, this mutt is a real looker. She has the ever so familiar pug face with the bod of a chihuahua. Veronica will cause minor collisions as she trots across the street, her tail wagging and her cuteness exuding out of her. Onlookers will be shocked by her appearance and question her breed. She’s a peppy gal who adores other pups and appreciates a very slow approach with her humans. She is looking for a home where someone will be patient with her and allow her to feel safe and comfortable until she can blossom into the beautiful flower she is. Once Veronica has her heart set on you there will be no chance of separating the two of you!
Here’s some notes from her foster:
Veronica was with me for a long weekend and she did really well. She is active and athletic, stairs are no problem and she can jump up on things with ease. Veronica is house broken, has a great appetite and was great with her meds. She bonds quickly with her person(s) and is happy, social, playful and affectionate. She loves to climb up into your lap and loves to snuggle in general.
Veronica did really well at my house, she was extremely well behaved with me and was happy to be picked up. On Thursday and Friday she went to a couple of small social events with me, we also took numerous trips to the park and she was very well behaved around both people and dogs. In some cases, she actively approached new people and turned on her charm in attempts to get pets and attention.
She loves to be out and about and seems to enjoy social settings..
