Meet Velma!
With her tall bat-like ears and signature white socks (complete with a cookies-and-cream chest and a perfectly dipped white-tipped tail), Velma turns heads on every walk. Like her cartoon namesake, she is curious and is always down for a gently paced sniffari around the neighborhood.
She is gracefully entering her golden years with lots of naps, but she still has plenty of youthful butt wiggles and zoomies to share when the mood strikes her! Her bladder has become more sensitive these days, but she is fantastic at letting you know when she needs to pop outside for a quick pee. She takes Trazodone in a pill pocket twice a day to help with anxiety and is diligent about brushing her teeth every morning with her favorite dental treats.
Ever the over-achiever, Velma loves to practice her commands for treats and cuddles (she knows Sit, Stay, Down, Paw, Target, Touch, Leave It and Go To Bed). Above all, Velma is a Very Good Girl.
