Meet Vanna White, the lovely model slash poodle who is the very icon of poise and floofiness. This pretty lady is tiny, sweet, and can’t wait to warm up your couch cushions. Miss White is a tiny bit shy right now, but once she is given all the love she’ll be your best bud. Trust us, there’s nothing more fortunate than getting to spend time with this precious little girl.

Here’s some notes from her foster:

Within a few days Vanna knew to use the potty. She was quick to learn the doggy door! It was a little high off the groundj for her so we put some steps outside to make it easier for her to get in and out.

This little spunky girl loves being on a leash and sniffing out her environment! When we go to a new store, she ignores all the humans and is focused on the scents. She doesn’t lunge and is easy to guide, and doesn’t bark when she sees another dog.

During walks in the neighborhood, she’s very good on leash! Aside from the occasional tug & sniff in the opposite direction, she walks alongside you, just enjoying the stroll.

An eating machine. Will eat anything and everything. An absolute scavenger. Although when she’s at Pet Food Express and someone offers her a treat, she will not take it and will prefer to sniff around instead. She’ll happily gulp it down once we’re home, but it seems like sniffs are her priority when outside. She loves oranges! and doggie cookies! and strawberries! She loves everything. Will cry for oranges.

A scavenger in the day, a cuddle puddle in the evening. She is super feisty and energetic! If you didn’t know her, you’d think she was a puppy. She wants to go where you go, although if you leave her alone she’ll just do her own thing.

Loves food. Loves oranges. Loves toys!! Dislikes not being the princess of the house. Vanna is great meeting other dogs and playing with other dogs. When my current dog is sitting on my lap, she’ll want to come up. My dog is a little bit protective of his space and will give a gentle growl to let her know. She will bark at him in return, and they’ll argue for a bit. After I intervene, she’ll let out an audible pouty groan like she’s saying “but mom he started it first!!” and turn away.

Vanna is a sassy little princess who wants to be Queen of her Queendom. She can live with other dogs, but will probably want to be the most babied one!

Vanna White is hospice due to the following medical conditions: cancerous mass removed from neck, monitor for recurrence.
