Like her namesake Twyla who is always ready at the diner with a smoothie or meatloaf and a kind word, Muttville’s Twyla is a soft, fluffy long-haired chihuahua who is always ready with a lick, some headbutts, and a gentle nudge. Twyla is looking for that special someone (or someones) to share her golden years with, and she’d like a home that is laid back where she can take it one day at a time. Twyla is a sociable gal who is fine sharing the spotlight, but we also think she’d be just fine as the sole recipient of all your love and attention. If you’re looking for a quiet companion to share that sunbeam on your couch, we think Twyla will fit right in.

Twyla is as laid-back as they come and has truly mastered the art of cozy living. This sweet girl lives for gentle pets and will happily curl up beside you on the couch for the ultimate snuggle session. She’s fully housebroken and so quiet I’ve never even heard her bark! Twyla is currently working on her stair skills—she’s confidently conquered the three patio steps going down and is bravely practicing her way back up.
On leash, she’s a polite walker and never pulls; she’s just adorably figuring out what exactly we’re supposed to be doing out there. Every now and then she surprises you with the cutest little zoomies, reminding you that age is just a number. If you’re looking for a calm, cuddly companion with just the right sprinkle of silly, Twyla is your girl.
