Turnip is a very low key lady with a pretty low activity level. Turnip co-exists well with other dogs. Turnip needs assistance going up/down stairs/steps. Turnip is doing well with house training. She knows how to relieve herself outdoors when taken out & on her own. Turnip is very docile & sweet natured. She loves sleeping in her doggie bed, in the warm sun outdoors, on the sofa & on my bed. She is not a cuddler or kisser, but she is lovable. Her tail hangs down a lot but I’m overjoyed when it goes up. Turnip is a hardy eater too!

I am absolutely in love with Turnip! She’s the perfect little companion dog – quiet and cuddly. When you walk into the room and she spots you, she’ll amble over slowly and politely ask you for head pats or back scratches. She’s perfectly content to spend most of her days snoozing in the sun or on your lap, making her a fantastic companion while you get work done or do chores around the house. Seriously – come by and meet Turnip at our next adoption event – I know you’ll fall in love!!
