Topanga is one special gal! First of all, as you can see, she will be a perfect before and after story! Her haircut is not the best because she arrived at the shelter as a stray with lots of matting. Her coat will grow out with luxurious brown and black locks. In addition to that fun bit, we also think she got into Muttville with a fake i.d. because she does not act like a senior.
