Tootsie Pop is a sweet, happy poodle who loves to be held. She is slightly vision impaired (read: completely blind) which is a feature not a bug, because it allows you to dance as wildly as you like and she will never judge you. Because Tootsie Pop lacks eyeballs, she can’t fly your private jet or be your designated driver on a night out. But those are her only two limitations.
Tootsie Pop is a dainty little lady who has been dealt some tough cards, but it certainly does not get her down. Her brave spirit and friendly nature will have you immediately in love!

Here are some pics. Tootsie seems to be house broken. If I take her out to grass she goes. She is very sweet just stays in her bed. Or besides me to have some love. No barking no issues being left alone.
