Toodles may look scruffy, but she’s all lady under that scruff!
This sweetheart can be a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you her tail will wag like you’ve never seen before! And it doesn’t take much to win her over – all she needs is a tiny bit of patience and a ton of back scratches. Her favorite activities include going for strolls around the neighborhood and snoozing in the sun. We think she’s dreaming of her forever home and her forever people… could they be you?
