Toby is a gentle dog that likes to take things on the slower side. He may have some difficulty walking, but that doesn’t stop him from wanting to greet every dog and person he meets! Toby would love to be the newest addition to a home where he’ll get plenty of belly rubs, chin scratches and snuggle time.
We think Toby is 8 years young, weighing 12 lbs.
