Urgent situation: Two dogs that live together urgently need homes. Will be euthanized in less then two weeks. Owner is moving and won’t take them with them. They have lived with her and her family for years. Believe drug addiction is involved. Will attach pictures.
Tiger lily
9-10 years old extremely over weight
Spayed
Very friendly with kids and humans just very large and jumps.
Owner says the two dogs are bonded but I think it’s more so trauma bonded.
Very long nails, not up to date on shots .
Owner will be putting both dogs down in two weeks.
Says they are moving and can’t take dogs with them and Milo will not take them back says they are too old.
Very sweet and was crying a lot.
Very bad living situation. Owner says the dogs were locked inside for two years because their fence was broken but never walked them.
Willing to give them away or surrender them.
Prefer to go together but separately may be ok to save their lives
When I entered the home for the first time they greeted me with love and excitement. Have help with medical care thru another rescue and many pledges towards their care.
Ruckus
Neutered male
7-8 years old
Severe allergies
Fur loss, bleeding skin in horrible condition
Very loving and friendly to humans
Gets along with other dog in house
Has not been socialized with other dogs.
Owner says he has not been to the vet since 2021
Attached is what owner sent me but not actual vet records.
Not up to date with vaccines
Was adopted from Milo foundation and they will not take him back, spoke to a handful of people and finally supervisor.
Owner is giving us two weeks before she puts dogs down.
Young kids were in home was very loving towards kids and living situation is inhumane.
I will be introducing them to another dog this weekend to see how it goes.
Again have help with medical and many pledges.
