Poodle cutie Thistle is soft and sweet and despite her name doesn’t have the slightest bit of prickle. This easy going gal enjoys a comfy bed in the sun and is a big fan of butt and head skritches; smart lady! Thistle is blind, but that doesn’t keep her from stretching her long legs to explore her surroundings. She’s all in for a good old fashioned sniffari!

“Thistle is such a sweet old girl. She’s really mild mannered and I don’t even think she notices that our other dog is there most of the time! She would do best in a more low key household, probably without young children.
She’s blind but that doesn’t get in the way of her curious spirit! She seems to enjoy slowly sniffing her way around our apartment exploring but needs to be kept away from stairs! We live on the second floor and have been carrying her up and down the stairs when we go on walks.
She’s a great eater and almost all the way potty trained! Thistle absolutely LOVES being close to her humans. She’s sleeps on the bed with us and also enjoys taking a snooze on one of our laps while we work. We think that she might also be deaf but responds really well to touch and being physically guided."
