Who’s calling Tessie a senior? We think she acts like a much younger pup! This spunky girl is always up for a game of fetch or tug-o-war. Playing outside in the sunshine is her favorite thing in the world! Tessie’s second favorite activity is cuddling on the couch with her favorite person, binge watching TV. Tessie makes friends with humans and dogs wherever she goes, and does well with cats too. Better hurry on down to meet her, because we have a feeling Tessie is going to get adopted in a heartbeat!
We think Tessie is 11 years young, weighing 15 lbs.

Tessie can start out a little shy but after a couple days she definitely started coming out of her shell. She is the most affectionate foster I’ve had. When she learns to trust you she becomes the most loyal & loving dog. She LOVES showering you with kisses & cuddling up very close to you. She will paw at you when she wants you to pick her up & she loves being in your arms. When you come home, she makes the cutest little snorts & does a little happy dance. Her energy level is medium. She loves her walks & can go up & down the stairs quickly. She has no trouble jumping off the couch. We are working on her house-training. She has been my most tolerant foster with my dog & my dog is high energy. They take turns kissing each other. She loves to play with him too! After a good play session they cuddle up next to each other.
