How is it possible to have so many flavors of perfect? At Muttville, we keep discovering more! Our latest perfect pooch is Tatum, a shockingly cute little chi-chi-face who has us all screaming like a bunch of crazed groupies. She puts up with all the love like a champ. And she likes kids, dogs, and even cats. Oh, you need more convincing? Look at her face.
Here’s some notes from her foster:
All around good girl!
This tiny girl is very sweet and a ball of energy. She is social and likes all dogs and people. We have 3 doggies of our own and have had doggie visitors here as well with no issues. She is super friendly and loves all people and attention. She loves to cuddle… She sits in my lap and looks up at me like I am the most important person in the world. Does this with my daughter as well!
She’s a looker!
She has a beautiful soft black coat with light white and gray highlights… Her eyes are beautiful and she is as pretty as can be.
Stamina (This girl can outlast…)
Tatum is spunky, active, loves kisses (and she will jump as high as she can get to kiss you) – she loves life! She seems new to walking on a leash, but has done quite well walking with our three dogs (amazing progress since the first walk we did together)!
Food is good!
Great appetite. She is a good eater!! She loves her breakfast and dinner. She is currently eating Food For Dogs. She is not food aggressive. I have been feeding all 4 dogs in our kitchen. It’s not a huge space but each dog stays in their spot – Tatum does not try to steal their food! She enjoys soft treats (Jiminy’s, Zuke’s as examples but there are many other options including cooked chicken, etc)
Mobility
Will not jump on or off the couch or the bed
So far, she does not do stairs, though she can jump through our door to our yard with no issue (I carry her up and down our stairs)
Sleep
She has been sleeping with me in my bed with our 3 resident dogs OR with my daughter. She is a good sleeper.
Barking is not an issue
Minimal barking so far – only a single bark if something bothers her
