Tacquito is an adorable Chihuahua mix who came to Muttville from Santa Rosa. He was one of the many dogs rescued from the Atlas Fire disaster.
We are still getting to know Tacquito but can already tell what a sweet boy he is. Please check back for updates!
Tacquito is 10 years young and weighs 5 pounds.
Here’s what Tacquito’s foster has to say about this sweet boy:
Taquito is a lovebug! He loves belly rubs & cuddling. He’ll let us know with a little whimper & a sit when he wants some snuggle time! He’s perfectly content snoozing on his own. Right now he seems keen on napping & cuddling in the same spots. He’s a very mellow & low-energy dog. Doing a quick lap or two around the couch seems to be enough for him in addition to our longer walks 3x a day. Taquito has had a few accidents inside – he may still be settling into a potty schedule – it’s too early to tell. We’ll continue to praise him when he relieves himself outside during our walks. Taquito seems to be a little bit of an acrobat! He likes to explore the narrow parts of the couch & balance on really narrow surfaces like it’s nobody’s business. He also sleeps with his tongue out right now but he looks super derpy & adorable.
