Who’s that walking down the street with those teensy leggies and handsome underbite? It’s smiley Sylvester!
This guy has been through it, but he’s ready to start his new life in an understanding home that can help him to trust again. Sylvester will thrive in a mature home.
Here’s a note from his foster:
Sylvester is a lovable scruffy fluff ball with a calm and gentle demeanor (and the cutest underbite!). He’s not too interested in toys or playing yet, rather his favorite pastimes include being picked up and put on your lap and getting endless scratches. When that’s not possible, he’ll usually end up finding a cozy spot where he can rest and keep an eye on his favorite human pillow and scratch machine. He is well house trained and has never had an accident in the apartment.
While his energy levels may be low at home, there is nothing that gets him more excited than the possibility of a walk! Even just the sight or sound of picking up his harness gives him a case of zoomies that belie his age. Once he steps outside, his tiny feet spring into action and walk faster than you would think was possible. Not only is he fast, he has the energy to walk for miles and miles. I once walked him over 4 miles and he had barely even slowed down if at all. On his walks, he loves greeting any dogs that walk up to him.
Sylvester does have some vision issues so he needs to be watched closely on walks and isn’t able to jump up on the couch but is fine navigating stairs.
