Well, what can we say. Our little long-haired Chi, Sweets, was named “Sweets” for a reason. Is she a sweetie-pie? Why, YES! Does she like sweets? Well of course, who doesn’t? For several years Sweets longed to be hired at her local See’s Candies shop, but the manager kept turning her down, fearing she’d grab all her favorite hard candies when staff wasn’t looking. At 12 years of age, this sweet little gal is the very definition of a snuggler. She is dog-compatible, kid-compatible and would also benefit from a guardian who will take her on gentle walks to reduce her 12 pounds just a bit!! While Sweets has vision impairment, she does not let that interfere with her overall loving nature and temperament. You may find her sweetness irresistible. SHE may find cuddling in your lap to be equally irresistible! Sweets is waiting at HQ to greet you and get a snuggly hug.

Here’s some notes from her foster:

Sweets is one sweet potato! She is a quiet, go with the flow kind of gal. She is vision and hearing impaired. She will bump into some things, however other than that, she does just fine! She sleeps through the night and seems to be potty trained, as she hasn’t had any accidents.

She gets along great with my two pups. She also does well if I have to leave for a bit, she doesn’t make a peep. Sweets needs to lose a good amount of weight- right now we have only been doing very slow strolls because she does not move around very fast. She loves to be carried around in the doggie backpack when I walk my pups.

Sweets is absolutely precious and will melt your heart!
