Sundays are for snacks, soft ears, and sweet pups, just like Sunday herself! With her adorable floppy ears and love for a good treat, this girl is the perfect addition to your home team. She might start the game a little shy (think of her as playing defense at first) but give her time, and she’ll warm up and start running plays straight into your heart. Sunday is more of a solo player when it comes to other dogs and may prefer her own sideline to relax and recharge. No wild plays here, just slow, steady drives toward trust, treats, and maybe a nap after halftime. Ready to make Sunday part of your weekly lineup? She’s got the heart of a champion and the soul of a snuggle bug!
Here’s some notes from his foster:
She’s a sweet girl who needs a lot of love. She loves ear scratches and she will follow you around the house and watch everything you’re doing with adorable curiosity. She’s VERY food motivated , so it’s more likely she’s waiting to see if you’ll give her a treat!
She’s comfortable finding her way around the house and can do steps… but she’s also a little uncertain sometimes and may need some encouragement to walk downstairs or over a perceived obstacle.
She’ll happily snooze on a dog bed , or sofa or human bed. she’s also comfortable being in a crate and left at home for a couple of hours and she’s sleeping through the night in a crate (I crate the fosters at night because that’s how my dog sleeps).
She’ll also happily curl up in the same general area as my dog and they co-exist just fine.
