Story, a youthful chestnut pittie with soulful eyes, came to Muttville on a mission to gather strength and gain weight among friends, many of them teensy elders with a lot of questions. We all fell for her gentility and grace; the humans especially charmed by all the big kisses. Story’s velvety beauty is undeniable, but her sweetness – the leaning in for pets, the nuzzling for a hug – is something special. Well on her way to full strength, our girl enjoys walkies and could be up for stairs, once she figures them out. Story is just as soft on the inside as she is on the outside. She’s an incredibly sweet and loving lady who greets every person she meets with a tail wag and plenty of kisses. She’s a little clumsy in the most endearing way, I don’t think she quite realizes her size.
Story enjoys all the best things in life: food, toys, and cozy naps. She seems to be house-trained with no accidents, and she’s wonderful on leash, walking calmly right beside you. She’s gentle, friendly, and curious about other dogs, happily greeting them on walks.
At home, Story has been a truly perfect houseguest. She’s quiet and easygoing; the only time she’s barked was when she woke up from a dream, letting out a small bark. Otherwise, she’s a calm, happy girl who’s just a joy to have around.
