Stella comes to us from the San Jose Animal Shelter. Sadly, her owners surrendered her to the shelter because they were moving and could not keep her. When we heard her story we knew we wanted to help this sweet girl find a forever home where she could spend her golden years loved and spoiled. Stella is a really sweet girl! She does great with other dogs and is curious and outgoing. She likes to explore and make new friends. She is still getting used to all the new people around her, but we know in time she will learn to trust us. Stella is a quiet and mellow girl who’d be perfect for any kind of home!
Due to cognitive dysfunction and malignant mammary cancer, Stella is available for adoption through our hospice care program.
Stella is estimated to be 12 years young and weighs 8 pounds.
