Stanley comes to us from Central Valley, and is ready for Muttville to help him find a forever friend! Stanley is a chill little guy who loves meeting new people. This boy would love nothing more than a loving person who he can cuddle with and love during his retirement years. He is very laid-back around other dogs, and gets along with all he meets. Stanley is just the right amount of sweet & spunky! With a deep little bark (that typically is reserved for seagulls & when he has to potty) & a playful personality (digging around in leaves & sand) he’s pretty hard not to fall in love with! Stanley has a medium energy level. He will trot along at a good pace on walks but he also likes to run in short spurts (especially if you lead him). Stanley is wonderful with other dogs. He is also great with cats. He shows a healthy curiosity but is in no way aggressive. His house-training is very good. He doesn’t bark often so if he does you should be asking yourself if he needs to go out. Stanley loves to cuddle & sleep under the covers. He likes to dig holes in the sand with his nose, and make comfy nests for himself in a pile of blankets or pillows. He kicks his little back feet when he sleeps & might be a bit of a bed hog : ) But mostly he’s just a snuggly little guy looking for a soft place to rest his head- whether that’s your leg or a cozy blanket.
